  • Name and email address — collected at the time of enrollment and used to create and manage your account, deliver Program access, and communicate with you about the Program.

  • Course progress and usage data — including which lessons you have viewed and completed, collected automatically through our course platform. This data may be used to verify eligibility for refund requests as described in our Terms and Conditions.

  • Process your payments and manage your account

  • Send you Program-related communications, including updates and announcements

  • Send you automated email sequences related to your enrollment, including onboarding, follow-up, and promotional sequences. These are managed through Kit (formerly ConvertKit). You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email

  • Send you marketing emails about SchoolHabits products and services (you may opt out at any time)

  • Comply with our refund policy and Terms and Conditions

  • Improve our Program and marketing efforts through analytics and advertising tools (described below)


Third-Party Service Providers

We work with the following third-party service providers who may receive or process your personal information in order to deliver the Program and operate our business. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — We use Kit to manage our email list and send Program-related and marketing communications, including automated email sequences. Meta Pixel — Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta (Facebook), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to deliver relevant ads to users on Facebook and Instagram.
